RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of receipt. The customer is responsible for additional shipping costs. Returns received outside the above time frame are not to be accepted.
You must notify us by e-mail at office@stellamatina.ae(Monday - Friday 9:00 AM - 17:00 PM) in the first 14 days after receiving the order, if you wish to return products.
We do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different size or product, please place a new order separately.

The refund for the returned product will be processed within 15 business days from the date we receive the return.
Important: Please make sure to carefully check our size chart before placing an order. Most of our items are one size, designed to fit multiple sizes (XS, S, M).
If you are eligible for a refund, please allow up to 15 days for processing after we receive your returned item.
- If you paid by credit card, the refund will be issued to the same card used for the purchase.
- If you paid cash on delivery, please provide your bank account number and the name of the account holder for the refund.
Please note:
Shipping fees, international customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
