RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We accept return requests within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and returned in their original condition, with all tags attached and original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except for defective or incorrect items or where otherwise required by law.
Please inspect your items upon delivery and contact us immediately if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
To request a return, please email office@stellamatina.ae within 14 days of receiving your order, including your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
Once your request is reviewed, our team will provide instructions and arrange a courier collection through our logistics partner, where service is available.
Please ensure that your items are securely packed, with all original tags attached, and ready for collection.
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different size, color, or product, please request a return and place a new order separately.
Once your returned item has been received and approved following inspection, your refund will be processed.
Please check our size guide carefully before placing an order, as some of our designs are one-size and intended to fit multiple sizes.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights regarding defective or incorrect products.
Once your return has been collected, it will be delivered to our fulfillment center for inspection.
If your return is approved, we aim to process your refund within 15 days of receiving the returned item at our fulfillment center.
Refunds for card payments will be issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time for the amount to appear in your account.
For cash-on-delivery orders, our team will contact you to arrange a refund by bank transfer.
Original shipping costs are generally non-refundable for standard voluntary returns, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
